Martin is the managing director of Orphoz, Switzerland. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in strategy implementation and performance and operating model transformation programs. Martin has experience in leading teams on a wide range of operational impact situations and functions in various industries, such as banking, insurance, private equity, and start-up scaling. Martin has co-authored several books and articles on management tools, recruiting, and emerging technologies. Martin holds degrees from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany (PhD in Entrepreneurship), Rochester University in the US (M.Sc. in Wealth Management), University Berne in Switzerland (M.A. in Finance) and University Saarbrucken (MBA) in Germany.

Vira is a senior delivery consultant of Orphoz, Warsaw. She has experience in project and program management, specifically in tech companies, and enjoys staying up-to-date with new digital trends and dynamic changes in the technology market. As a senior delivery consultant, Vira partners with clients to deliver the best-in-class transformations, implement new strategies, improve their operations and implement new IT solutions. Born in Lviv, Ukraine, she spent most of her adult life in Cracow, Poland, where she completed her master’s degree in international business.

Maximilian is a senior delivery manager of Orphoz, Switzerland. Prior to joining Orphoz, he was leading a team for digital analytics and technology transformation topics at a major global consulting firm. He brings 9+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on digital transformation; data analytics and target operating model design for service operations mostly in the energy, automotive and private equity sector. He currently leads transformation projects in the energy sector and is focused on growing and developing the local team in Switzerland. Max holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Financial Management and Accounting from the Nordakademie Graduate School in Germany, focusing on technology transformation topics in finance.

Nayla is a Delivery Director of Orphoz, France. Before joining Orphoz, she worked as a strategy and operations consultant in the Asian, African, and Middle Eastern markets.  She specializes in implementation programs in the financial sector. Nayla recently led the European digital transformation of the assistance & services business unit of a major insurance company. She also specializes in integration management cross sectors.  Nayla is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has an MBA from the American University of Beirut with a fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania.

Maciej is a managing director of Orphoz, Central Europe (CE), which covers teams in Poland, Hungary, Czechia and Ukraine.   In his work, Maciej focuses on operations and execution across industries, with a special focus on companies with physical assets (like Energy, Transport or Manufacturing).  Over the last years, he has co-led more than ten large transformations across 4 continents, combining implementation and change management expertise.  Maciej holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Thémis is a senior delivery manager of Orphoz, Switzerland Geneva. She has more than 10 years of experience in consulting, banking, energy, chemicals and transportation.   Her areas of expertise include working hand-in-hand with clients on large transformation projects pertaining to: mergers & acquisitions, re-structuring, business process reengineering and digitization.  Thémis graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Arts (MA) in Corporate Strategy & Governance from Nottingham University Business School and with a Master of Science (MS) in Management from KEDGE Business School.

Melanie is a delivery manager of Orphoz, Budapest. Before joining Orphoz, she worked for a premium automotive player for more than 16 years.  As a delivery manager, Melanie often joins McKinsey teams when the strategy is defined and the client is about to embark on the implementation journey – in order to ensure a smooth transfer between McKinsey and the operational functions of the clients and stay on to support implementation.  Melanie helps the client drive the initiatives and follows the implementation plan to ensure all goals are reached. She is there to provide daily coaching on the ground, throughout the journey.  Melanie graduated with a degree in business administration at Steinbeis University Berlin.

Katharina is a senior delivery consultant of Orphoz, Germany. She holds a bachelor's in nutrition science and has worked in innovation management, business development, and digital transformation for corporate companies and start-ups.  Originally focused on consumer goods, she currently uses her extensive project and change management knowledge for large-scale transformations in various industries.  At Orphoz, she works with implementation processes, finding pragmatic solutions, motivating people, and developing creative ways to accelerate the change process.

Stéphane is a managing director for Orphoz in France. He leads the efforts on developing our Orphoz offerings by function, such as digital, merger management, and sustainability. Stéphane has led numerous start-to-end transformation programs in the financial services, energy & environment and consumer goods, including multiyear global roll-outs. He is an expert in operational performance improvement, optimization of support functions, risk management, and digital transformation. Before joining Orphoz, Stéphane spent more than 15 years as a partner in management consulting. Stéphane is an engineer from ENSAM and the University of Bristol and holds an MBA from Sorbonne University.

Tameka is a Delivery Director at Orphoz in the United Kingdom. She brings more than 15 years of transformation experience across telecommunications, financial services, and consumer sectors, spanning both industry and consulting. Before joining McKinsey, she led large-scale transformation programmes inside major corporations - experience that gives her a first-hand understanding of what it takes to deliver change from within. At Orphoz, she drives enterprise-wide cost, growth, and operating-model transformations across North America, Latin America, and Europe, combining strategic rigour with disciplined execution to achieve sustained performance impact. A trusted advisor to CFOs, CTOs, and transformation sponsors, Tameka combines strategic insight with disciplined execution to deliver measurable impact and lasting organisational capability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Northwestern University and is based in London.

Mariana Lino is the Managing Director for Iberia. She specializes in organizational, digital, and efficiency transformations, leveraging core implementation methodologies applied across large-scale transformation programs. She supports clients across Europe, the USA, Latin America, and Africa. Mariana brings extensive experience in value-capture transformations across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on advanced industries and banking. She has strong expertise in mobilizing and coaching leaders at all levels of the organization — from the C-suite to the shop floor — to ensure real and sustained impact. Her experience goes beyond project transformations: Mariana also focuses on building and developing high-performing teams across diverse capabilities, as well as shaping new areas of focus to drive the next S-curve of the practice. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), completed the Advanced Development Program at Nova School of Business and Economics (NSBE), and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (PwC University, Netherlands) and Certified Trainer (CCP). Mariana is fluent in Portuguese and English, and proficient in Spanish.
